These are former Royal Netherlands Air Force (Koninklijke Luchtmacht), W-D Zeist Elfaka taxiway lights. They have been completely refurbished. They have been cleaned, the old paint was removed and they have been repainted. We have replaced the original light source with a 1W blue LED light and installed a power cord with a connector and a switch.
